Also you need to get air moving through there. Some of that appears heat related. Your soil - what brand/type? How much perlite did you add?

Looks like over watering, and light burn. I dont know what you think watered when needed but that little sprout in pic three doesnt need that whole container to be flooded. It shouldnt have gotten more than a couple of tablespoons of water yet but im guessin you flood them. Also, theyre all crispy bud, either the lights too close or you should stop misting them. There should not be water on those leaves and its on all of them. It makes a magnifying glass that burns them so your cooking them, do you know what the temp is under the light? Oh crap, that reminds me i have to raise mine, i had to move it and my upper canopy was at 98 degrees last night :( lastly, that larger plant could handle some nutes by now, give her some, check temps, water less, stop getting any water on the leaves. I just woke up sorry if its blunt. Good luck :):):)

Yup, really looks like over or under watering to me and theres salt buildup on the leaves which implies constant misting.

These plants are starving bro, the soil has nothing in it and you need to start feeding at 6.5 ph asap. They are close to dead, seedlings cant take this sort of abuse ,the grim reaper is knocking on the growroom door. Also make sure temps are under 80.
