Need recommendation for a/c installer in BC

Hello all....

Does any have any recommendations for a HVAC installer? I'm looking to install an 5 ton system with dampers to control two rooms.

Anyone know what a ballpark fair price is to pay for the install. I know many variables but just looking for a range. Thanks....

$9000-$10000 for a 5 ton is going rate here. A service call will cost you $1000, so you probably don't want to get raped too many times. Some growers have gotten out of growing because they make much more overcharging for install.
Get a licensed installer with a proper bill. If you don't they will leave you with a bunch of hidden problems and lie about it- you will pay for their mistakes, and the original guy most likley can't fix his mistakes becuase he dosent know what to do in the first place.

It really can be tough to find a good Hvac guy. I've got one now(but don't live in BC) but it took me going through 5 different guys/places over a 5 year period.
