Need serious help!!!

ok so my plants when i turned on the lgiht today they were all droopy the full plant except the newer brances.idk what the rpoblem is i water them at good times and its not a water issue but maybe its the heat idk.the light is a 150 watt hps it makes the room 90 degrees

i think its over watered, but i have little to base that on other than the word "droopy"

yeah sounds like over watering, with out seeing any pics.

and 90 is a bit high, unless you got a southern strain or somthing

yea thats the hottest it gets and the coldest it gets during the light on stage,and i dont think its overwatering i havent watered that much could it be possible the light was out all night?

it could also be underwatering - is there any discoloration or it's still good n green? do they seem a bit papery or wilted?

sounds like underwatering to me - the two main reasons for drooping leaves i've come across is under or over watering but when it's over they tend to go more wilted - the yellow is probably more heat/nute related
