need some help b4 I contine building my grow room

Ok I have a metal frame that I found that is 6' long 4' high and 2.2' wide. Going to box all this in with wood with doors in front. I have a 400w hps light and a 250w hps light and about 8 cfl lights I can use. I bought some auto seeds of vision NL and auto sour desiel haze so I will have 6 total plants and from what ive read these autos dont get very tall but dont wanna take any chances should I make the roof higher so that its 6 foot high instead of 4? Also for ventilation I plan on getting 2 inline 4 or 6" duct fans the ones that are about $30 on htgsupply one for exhaust and one for intake ill have the intake come in from tje bottom and have a duct run up to the top blowing on lights and exhaust up top any help is greatly appricated thanks.

i'd go for the 6 feet in height if you can, you'll need it in the future if you decide to grow something besides autos. sounds like you have a great plan for your set up though! good luck with the grow!!

a box that size your not going to need two fans, a single fan would do well pushing the exhaust air out, a passive intake will be sufficient for that size. I'd recommend a cool tube so your not battling temps. goodluck man

Well for cooling the lights I planned on cutting a hole and putting in a inline duct fan to it and running a vent hose up to the middle of both lights and have it to where it blows on both lights with like a splitter piece at end of vent hose. Kind of like a homemade way I guess I dont have the funds to buy anything expensive really. I traded a single shot 12ga for the 2 hps light setups I have lol.
