I could use some more info. What you provided was kind of vague. Temps, medium, fertilizers. Everything really, will help guys diagnose your problem. I saw what looked like stippling which comes from spider mites. If you have them you'll find them under the leaves. They're very small. About the size of the period at the end of this sentence. There are sprays that help. Neem oil sprayed when the mites are babies helps. Axomax, Safer Soap all help but timing the spray to the mites life cycle is the most helpful info I can give you. Mites looks good from up here too!
Pyrethrin is good to use to get things started.....use as directed on the label and repeat use in 7 days.(I might suggest that you make enough to simply hold the plant in it's container with your fingers and "dip" the whole plant into the pyrethrin solution.) .....Still there? Go to Forbid 4F from Bayer Ag and use as directed.
You might consider using a Dr. Doom fogger to get your area also.

Forbid works great on mites. So does Floromite. One kills mites and one kills mites and their eggs.
Medium is rock wool-transplanted from a cocoa mix, temperature 76 degrees, as far as spray-I bought Kapow, its a lemon grass mix or something, sprayed on plants!
Nutes PPM is 600 and its mix of X nutrients grow, and floranova micro (cant find x nutrients locally anymore)
Also more importantly why the curl on some of the leaves? Almost like its twistd growth

Ok great, it looks like we narrowed it down to mites, right? What you have may work. Look on the label and see the list of insects the active ingredient will kill. If it says spider mites you're good to go. Spray upper and lower leaf surfaces. spray every few days because you want to try to kill the mite nymphs (babies) and once they mature it's very difficult to kill them unless you use something stronger. Thats why you need to keep spraying because you wont get them all and new eggs will always be hatching. You can also use a strong spray of water it won't kill them but it will knock them off. You can use soapy water because the little guys breath through their skin and the soap clogs it up so they can't breath. Alcohol works also. You can eith spray it or use alcohol pads to wipe down the leaves and stems. After your grow is harvested and the room is clear use a mild bleach solution and sanitize the room.

Looks like the guys got you on the right track. A little hint. I used to breed birds and any time I brought new bird into the flock...it always went into an incubation room to be sure it was clear if disease. 30 days.
Growers should use the same protocol when bringing new genetics into a garden. Incubate and only when you are sure it's clear of disease should you bring it fully into your grow area.
