Need some help plz

How can i determine when to put my seedlings under lights after it has sprouted and how many W of compact fluorescent do i need for 1-3 plant?. I plan to use 150w hps for my flowering stage. Im growing in a 6" h 2"d 1.5" w.. Need some recomendation plZ.. Should i try LED? Because i plan to grow only1-2 at a time using DWC system

Seedlings do not need much light at all for a good 3 weeks or so. I usually put 1 35w 6400k over each of my girls for the first week or so. Then I add a splitter and another of the same bulb. After 3-4 nodes I switch on my HID and add more cfls
