need some help with seedlings!

just wondering when i can start watering my seedlings, they just sprouted a couple days ago. i have just been spraying the soil.
they are in a humidity dome under a 1000w low sodium.
and also, when should i start feeding them? they basically just dropped the seed and have their first 2 leaves.

i start givin nutes about week 2-3 but some people are diffrent but hey i dont like to give them it to early incase they cant handle it

I just started a new batch check my journal. I water them the day they sprout if 3/4 of the soil is dry.
