I’ll break it down from the beginning... sprouted seeds using tap water (not filtered I’m sure it’s very hard water) I continued to use this water for about a month until getting the frizzlife under sink filter.... I noticed my leaves starting to show signs of deficiency(no nutes added yet) at first the signs the plant was showing was not matching up with any deficiency so I flushed the plants which were in red solo cups and transplanted into 3 gal pots... it’s been about 2 days no significant improvements have been made seems like things are getting worse... I used plain filtered water with a ph of 6.5 to flush and using soil mix of about half n half ocean forest and coco.... do I need to start introducing nutes and if so how long to wait after I just flushed??? Any help thanks

You absolutely need nutes now.
Theyre deficient alright. Deficient in everything especially nitrogen.
Add your veg nutes plus Cal mag at a ppm of 200-300.
They will perk up quickly
