Need some opinions

All my new growth is coming out like this anybody else ran into a problem like this I’m using emerald harvest, and I always use under recommended amount for the nutrients, all opinions welcomed.

Based on the tips pointing down and the dark green color... N toxicity. Back off the N and/or increase transpiration and light.

hard to say without knowing everything your doing but my guess is over nuting as above poster said...try only using half what your giving
