yep the room is the most important part getting the plant is easy getting the perfect or near perfect,Once the room is good the growing takes care of its self,has long has you don't over complicate things.
I see this a lot on here,all ya need is to get the room right and the plants will take care of them selfs,then all the have to do is have the lights at a set height.12 " of the tops till week 5 flowering then i move them up a bit higher so the ark covers more.The reason i do this is there pretty much done stretching now but dont over do it just a extra 5/6".
Any time you need help just pm me if i can i will help.
get bigger filters they will see you right if temps get hot 10/12" out let and 2" down for inlet.
fishtank pumps if ya doing soil or hydro in pots with a air ring in the very bottom of the pots and have the pump sending air 24/7 to the roots.a ec meter is a must,for get the ph meter if your water is good to drink
good nutes that are easy to use for your first time canna a/b all the way through the grow and you will need big bud for week 2 flowering for 5/7 days also pk 13/14 you won't get a easy nute line that gives ya big yeilds

Also don't think i don't need a filter of that size i think the smaller the room the bigger the inlet and out let has temps are higher,dont do too many plants i do one per 600 hps and near all ways get a lb of each one dry

I would love to see some pics of those ladies (lb). They must be some huge ones! As for build versus tent. IMO its all based on the ops basic requirements. If he needs something that can be dismantled and not real handy then a tent would probably be the better choice. I built a garden (wink wink) shed that is in no way attached to the house, there are legal issues here if grow is in house
. I partition it using steel studs and bubble wrap type wall covering and tape, no saw required lol. If space and portability is not a concern then building an area is IMO better and if done properly cheaper. Also its kind of rewarding 
. Good luck in sorting it and keep asking for different ideals, choose what suits your needs. Bigger is better though lol.

Got 27 dry of em last time from two there is a lot more on these.
since these photos have been taken they have just blown up big style one of the main reason i just love useing pk 13/14,each nug is that compact ya cant even squueze it.
I post the final yeild up but it will be close to a lb per plant easy

I take clones 4 week into flower ,of a mother in a other house and then there put in a other unit i have for 4/5 week then veg for a other 2 week under 2 600's during this time i multipul top every single branch at least 5/6 times i flower at 2 ft tall,the two week under the 600 is just spent filling the net/table.
The major part of my vegging the 4/5 week is done under a t5 and the 600 for 2 week hps

go with cheese exo if ya not from the uk and can't get the clone one also jack herer from marijuna.nl best jack herer i come across better than sensi seeds one that seed bank has gone down hill big time.
I sent for 5 super skunk autos of them few month ago 4 were 100% male not hermies so i would not order from them again
