Needing some help from experienced growers!

Ok so ive been in veg for about 3 weeks id say and watering when neccessary about every other day and just yesterday my 2 plants were really really droopy. I wasnt sure if it was lack of water or too much so i waited a bit and still droopy.....i gave a lil bit of water last night and it seems to have perked up a little but doesnt look as healthy as she used to or should be. Im wondering if i need to up my watering schedule or possibly its time to repot or transplant. Please help this is my first attempt. see pics sorry they are so big.
also take notice the leaves dont look as healthy anymore. HELP!

For one your leaves are fringing. Usual culprit is light damage. What is your light source and how far is it away from your plant?

I have 6 cfls at the top of my rubbermaid grow box but they are at least a foot or more away and then I have 2 cfl lamps about 5 inches away.

yes I just started nuting with a 10-15-10 its all i have right now.... every 3- 4 dAYS??? my soil dries up way before then and are u sure i dont need to repot??? Im sure the roots are touching bottom and sides. It looked great just last week im sooo confused......maybe a better light source and if so whats a good cheap one i could get from a wal-mart store?

You need a higher N....IMO ...I use 20-20-20 for veg $7.00 for 2 years worth...and 10-25-20 for flower....

ok ill get some but what do i do till i get it, i mean that cant be the reason it looks that way can it?? theres gotta be some other issues here.

looks like the leaves have necrosis on the ends, probably due to over fertilizing, go easy on the nutes in soil, the soil should provide most of what you need.

ok and my other plant ....my bubble gum is all drooped down now too just like my other one did in the beginning.....so water or no water??? Transplant??? it looks like if the leaves were penises they all went limp.....thats about the best way to describe it. haha HELp! :/

I sure would not water this plant until I had an idea what the issue was, assuming it's already damp/wet. The planter it's in appears to be adequate, so I don't see it being rootbound/needing transplanting. Guess it couldn't hurt, though. It's not sopping wet, right?

its not wet at all ....the soil is definately dry....dries out within 2 days thats why ive been watering every other day......i dont wanna lose these . ugh! Wish there were like experienced proffessionals that could come to your house haha.

When you say the soil dries out, do you mean the top is dry, or do you mean you stick your finger as far into the pot as it will go and its still dry.??

Well, if they're that dry perhaps your soil isn't absorbing the water evenly. You could try placing the planter in a bucket of water for a while, about half your planters' depth. That'd force the soil to suck it up. Drain well. Good luck.
In this case, it sure might help transplanting.

Well I watered without the nutes and she seems to have perked up and so did my bubble gum as you can see in pic 2.... so how do they look now??? and how much taller or longer till they can be flowered??

You can flower whenever you want to. Just remember that they will double or triple in height when you flower them, so make sure you got the room and the wattage to cover them if they get big.
