Neem soil drench??

anyone know how much neem oil to add to water for a soil drench? I have itty bitty white bugs crawling around the bottom holes of the pots. The plant's that are effected have no vigor and keep going yellow.

I haven't used it in awhile but I believe with bioneem I was using about an ounce of neem oil per quart of water?
It should say on the bottle of neem oil how much to use.

It doesn't say anything about how much for soil. it says an oz to a gallon for foliar I'll try it like that I'm sure it can't hurt them anymore lol.

You would rather use it as spray than to have the plants drink it up in the water. Get the yellow fly traps as well for the white flies. You dont want to use the neem oil too late in flower. HOw far along are you?

they are vegging around a foot tall. spraying the plant won't get these they are around the drainage holes in the pots

I'm afraid of the roots getting more fucked up from putting neem in the soil though but I've seen alot on google about a soil drench. I can't find if you use a different amount from the foliar amounts though.
