Neighbor Auditing Our Electric Bill

Live in a house, divided into three apartments. I only have one plant going, so I can't be using that much extra electricity.

Should I be concerned about this? I don't even know if the audit is going to cover just his apartment or the whole building.

If your not useing over 1000w you have nothing to trip on. A 600w is about the same as a new comp and printer running all day.

If you're worried about it, piss in the dark, and read a book for a few hours a day instead of watching TV.
No, seriously though, 1 plant, prob. not noticeable.
Come winter time, your bill would go up as much if you ran a room heater all day.
