hey... i have neighbors and have 5 plants.. is there a way that i can hide the plants? wats the worst that may happen if cops bust u with 5 plants?

also my plants get 14 hrs light a day,,, is that enought o keep it from budding?

Plant in between some bushes or something.
Tie them down as much as possible.
Don't give others a reason to come near your garden.
I wouldn't risk with 5 plants if there are neighbours close by, but it's up to you.
