Nematodes.

So I feel like I always fight a never-ending battle with fungus gnats. De/sand/gnatnix combined with neem, ewc tea and foliars, and caps bennies foliar always keep it in check but I'm going to be revamping my grow area and putting my new room up over the winter, I'm going to fog my basement and wash everything with h202 but at the same time I do that I want to run a full weeks worth of treatments on my plants to *hopefully* curb my need to deal with these incessant little guys.

I've never used nematodes but I've heard that they do very well at stopping infestations at most stages. My infestation isn't bad it takes about a week and a half to fill up a sticky card, but that's also with a treatment of some form every 3-4 days until about 4 weeks into flower.

What's the best way to apply nematodes? Should I leach the excess nutrients out of my bottle fed plants before adding? I assume my supersoil I just dump them in and let them work as it's water only for now. Do I avoid feeding for a week or so to give them time to eat their way through and die?

Tl;Dr - how the fuck do I use nematodes without wasting my money in synthetic fed plants? And is this even worth doing?

Edit: I also have samples of most of the SNS pest control stuff, was thinking of using the 209 soil drench as well but haven't found much concrete info either way on its effectiveness.
