Stay the fuck away from Neurontin,for god's sake do a google search on that shit before you take a single pill,read all the crazy side effects on that garbage.
Neurontin is not a pain killer,it is a nerve blocking type drug that was designed for epilepsy & has been being prescribed wrongly ever since it hit the market,pharm salesmen push that shit on doctors & they sell the hell out of it.
My wife was prescribed that shit about a year ago & went straight down hill the very first day taking it,the side effects started out with loss of mobility,short term memory loss,numb hands & feet then progressed to fits of cronic depression & rage syndrome,after 3 months on that shit she would have bouts where when she tried to walk she looked like johnny depp in fear & loathing in las vegas where they were huffing ether,no shit.
Im not shitting you one bit,ive seen heroin addicts lead more productive & happy lives than people on neurontin,the shit liked to kill my wife,after fighting with the doctor over giving her meds that were fucking her up she got progressivly worse, yet the doc refused to take her off the neurontin,the longer she took it the worseher condition became,emotionaly & physicaly,we ended up flushing them down the toilet after reading all the nightmare horror stories & all the lawsuits related to neurontin & against its manufacturer.
Within a few weeks her physical condition improved rapidly,the fukin neurontin is what was keeping her off her feet,it tooks months for her to become emotionaly stable again,in our 25 years of marrige we got along great,never any real problems to speak of,more like best friends than anything else,after the start of neurontin within a month we were at the brink of divorce,if it were not for the fact that it had her allmost incapable of functioning like a human being i'd of left but it scared me for her to be alone on that shit,that shit is insane.
Tell your doc to ram that shit right up his ass,there are many other pharms out there that do a better job of pain relief without the massive serious side effects associated with neurontin.

I had to edit this after thinking a few minutes,read as much as possible on this garbage before taking it,suicidal depression is a major side effect with this garbage & the testimonials of user side effects are no joke or placebo,my wife had every last sife effect in that link including suicidal depression.
Tell your doc you've read up on that crap & he can keep it,then tell him to get off his fat ass & write you a script for some vicoden or something that was meant for pain instead of epileptic seizures.

I agree with the above post. I have heard and read many many bad things about neurontin.Just like what he has posted..I take it myself have for years and luckily I am one who it does not do that too. But many do have the nightmare side effects as he described. So beware..
