Never put seedlings in rockwool getting stretchy

My 4 seedlings are looking a little lanky. This is gonna be my first grow in coco so I've got em in blocks. Usually go straight from germed to solo cups with ffof and always had strong sturdy seedlings. Any help would be great. Info and pics in my journal. Rockwool won't make them stretchy. They need stronger light.

I figured they had enough. I got a 4 bulb t5 ballast with brand new bulbs 2 to 3 inches away. I went ahead and threw on my 600 mh and put it like 1 foot away and gave them a 1/4 strength feed and them seemed to stop stretching and are growing nicely now
