This is a terrible company, dont order from them, they truly are useless, ordered some Hesi bloom, was told after 1 week wait they did not have it in stock, but they never bothered updating their website, i had to cvall them to be told about it, after 10 days wait i have now been told they were not getting it in stock for 6 weeks, did not offer any alternatives or calling back telling me. Contacted Hesi, who said they had no stock issues, in the mean time i am now nearly 2 weeks into blooming with no bloom feed, Utterly useless and dissapointing company. Ignorant and greedy for your cash but no service. Minus 10 on scale from 1-10

Did they offer to refund you at least?

refund schme-fund! they fucked up your schedule. there is no better consumer power than word of mouth. tell as many people as possible. stop payment. credit companies can be useful like that.

thanks for the info going hydro soon but im in the usa but still good to know. lol
