I just plugged in my new hps setup but all the light does is look like the inside of one of those glass electricity ball things they have on display in spencers. What is bad?? the bulb or ballast? This really sucks.. I've been waiting for this a long time and when I finally get it it doesn't work. I let it run for a few minutes but it never got any brighter
