I just finished building and painting my new grow room. Its 65"x67"x76" I am planning to run one 1000 watt hps for flowering. I have never grown indoors and need all the help i can get. My grow box is in my garage and there are no outlets near by. Do I need to have two new circuits to power my lights and fans? I want to be as safe as possible. My breaker box is close by so It shouldn't be hard for an electrician run me some power from there.
Also what kind of inline fan should i get for my exhaust? How big and how much cfm? Do i need an intake fan or will a passive intake be okay?
I have not really thought about the veg stage. I've been leaning toward some florescent lighting. Im probally only going to grow 5 or 6 plants.

There are so many variables there. Just the absolute basics are food/air/water/light/temperature. Got those covered, no worries ;)

My advice is to get started and work it out. It's a constant work in progress. I would try to get the room optimized before filling it with plants. Patience is a virtue. I would not change the lights inside the room, just veg with your hps or build a small veg station. I did using a bookshelf and clamp on drop lights. lol. Have fun with it.

Dedicated circuits for light and accessories is a good idea, you may as well think about smell right now, Carbon filter with 6" inline should be enough, if your room is pretty tight you'll build up some negative pressure and get away with a passive intake.
