hey ppl, i am on the brink of starting my first grow! i have grown many numerous of plants and fruits outdoors but no mary. i have an 8x8 space avaliable so im thinking on seting up a grow room and was wondering how i should set it up so that i could be most succesfull. also how much would it run me setting up a grow of this size? every comment and bit of advice is much welcomed and thanked

3 1000 watters, 30 3 gallon pots filled with sunshine mix # 4 and light seed warrior, house and garden nutes, couple 6 inch in line fans, 2 wall mount fans, carbon filter, ph tester, little giant pump and hose for watering and a tub to put water and nutes in, oh ya and a air bubbler. cost about 2 k or a little less.

8x8 room figure 4x8 flower and 4x4 veg area.
2 600w lights spaced apart about 3 feet for flower and 2 shop lights w/ three 48" daylight 5500K florescent bulbs and one 3000k or so for veg.
260cfm fan for the lights (in air cooled hoods) Intake from outside and exhausted back out. The room could use 460 cfm fan into a scrubber with a passive intake.
Get a perpetual thing going by cutting clones and flowering them while vegging up again. You could pull a pound every two months.

are you talking about as in grow like hydro? soil? sealed? open air? you of course are gonna need an HPS that will be ur most expensive piece of equipment then fans those are expensive but not 1300 dollars expensive you could hook some lights up and some fans for prolly 800 and the rest would be super cheap if you build it yourself and know exactly what you need.

This is a good idea but I think you could pull more than 1 lb every 2 months with a perpetual grow. I pull a lil over a pound off each of my 600s no problem...if he did perpetual and had one harvest a month he could do an lb per harvest.
