Let's look at two types of kids, those who obey all the rules, study hard, basically what we might call goody two shoes... and on the other end, the latchkey kids, no supervision, hanging out with the other latchkey kids with nothing to do.

Which ones are likely to vape? I think the second group...
Which ones are (more) likely to smoke pot? I think the second group.

So, do they smoke pot because they vape? or do they vape for the same reason they smoke pot, they hang out with a bunch of other kids with nothing to do...

I still think it's the green socks...

Apologies, i realize it's not exactly like this was uplifting nor even informative but at least it's expressing how some of us feel about mass-media editorials distracting public opinion from real challenges, especially in my province which gets instrumentalized by a Trudeau whenever there's an opportunity.

As for e-Cigs lets just point out a "specialist"/"expert" as Hilary Geller somehow managed to remain in power long enough after 2015 to be sent as Canada's emissary in preparation of UNGASS 2016 (which remains a predictible failure to this day!), and actually still long enough to have her say on legislation rendering e-Cigs/Vaporizers equivalent to truly addictive nicotine as from self-poisoning tobacco cigarettes. The funny detail being that the mother of Liam McKnight was told to make her ~6 years old son to SMOKE his prescription in days when that same installed H.-C. guru used to "serve" under Harper - who's to be remembered for nuclear radioactive sterilization of "tumbled weed" by ionizing rays that seriously damages aroma/taste hints while leaving behind toxins/poop from dead mold/insects.

In other words the ambiguous language of Justin's previous electoral platform finally reveals its true meaning to those who can deceipher it:

His strategy: to reverse the traditional safety image of cannabis pretending that fear+suspicion shall "save" lost (statistically-elusive) kids on the land of cap'tain Itnoc.
