new at this and need help

I had gnats so i researched it and was able to get rid of them but i sprayed the leaves with soapy water and now they are burnt, some are even lookin like there dyin. My grow room is extreemly hot. Its a loft so I know it needs cooling but im a first timer and on a really tight budget. How do I get them to turn around after theve began to burn?

I'm assuming you sprayed them while the lights were on? don't do that. What kind of light are they under? and your gonna have to control the heat if you want half a chance.

In your research did anyone mention sticky traps, mosquito dunks, layer of perlite on top??
What stage are they in?..If ever I spray anything on my flower-less gals I follow up with water only spray..
You didn't use bleach soap did ya?..
