I started a few plants about 3 weeks ago from seed germinated a few planted a few others. i planted about 30 seeds all together something like that today i have 14 plants only 2 of them are something worth talking about the rest are out of the ground but arent taking flight like my two good ones counted 6 leaves on one 3 on the other.Its my first grow and its not a good one the guy at the shop were i got my light its a (125w non balast bulb fluresnt has a luminous flux of 6993.71m luminous ehicency of 71.2191m/w a colour temperature of 6400k) i dont have a damn clue to what that shit means the box has a reparation spectralc graph on it i dont know how to read it the guy at the shop also gave me a feed for them its a pureblendpro hydro organic fruit and flower soil fourmula with a mix ratio of 1.5-4-5 i dono wtf it means but it says i should be givin it about 15 ml of food for ever 2 liters so i usally give it a cap full wich is 15 ml and then a lil splash extra and i noticed that my new plants that were comin up would get to a certain piont then just like stop some died some stayed alive today i switched my feed up and gave them about 3 quarters of a cap about 10 ml instead of 15 and i pulled out some plants and only left 6 in because im pretty sure but cant really remeber that the guy at the store said its perfect use is on 4 plants so i put in two more the guy was messed up drunk as shit on the job lol so thats why im comin here but back to my problems my plants are about 3 inches tall my light is about 2 feet above them and i insulated and foiled my whole room for this my big plant tho one leave on the first set that came out is starting to sorta looks like its dieing and wants to fall off.......WHY!? im losing sleep over this and i thougth to myself lets try the net here i am i have tried to post here before and never got a response so if i get some responses ill put pics up but i need some info for now ......sorry my shits so sloppy im really stressed and really tired sorry and hope to get some feed back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first of all, you don't feed plants until they're over 4 weeks old. only water until they break 4 weeks.

second off, 15 ml per 2 litres is WAY TOO MUCH nutrient. no wonder they died shortly after, you lethal injected them.

try 1.5ml per 3 litres of water.

in the NPK value you want nitrogen early on. adding vermiculite or perlite well help the drainage of your plants significantly.

I agree too many nutes too soon is killing them. Start with a 1/4 of the strength when they are about 3 to 4 weeks old and showing signs that they need it. I feed every other watering. :peace:

\yeah last nigth after i read for a while i sorta got that out of the fourms i didnt have a damn clue that i should be feeding my plant untill 4 weeks fuck its alomst 4 weeks now but i took all 6 of my good plants and pulled them froom that soil and used fresh soil and then gave it a little bit of fresh water because they were sleeping i didnt want the soil to be rigth lose and my whoars fall over so this morning after light was on for about 4 or 5 hours i gave it a normal drench of fresh water and they are looking better but when should i start feeding them now that they are like 3 weeks should i feed it fresh water for like maybe 2 weeks... thanks you guys were a huge help please keep the info comin NO HATERS! IM A NOOB!

heres my babies i droped my light stoped feeding them food every day and started to use fresh one day 2/3 of what im sapose to mix every second day here they are after i lst for a day and droped my light.

hi mate i had same problem with my plants dieing i soon found out thast the yellowing was becouse the lights was to close this is after i was told its nute burn ect i looked for days buy time i found help i lost all my babys i just started a new grow with 400 duel spec light and im gettin similer problems your babys look rather healthy to be honest love how are they doing now , i had two auto seeds that sprouted but never grew i currentlky have 2 kush planys and a cheese plant and snow white but for some reason there struggleing lol

i started feeding my girls when they were 2 1/2 weeks old

phat fruitty
super silver lemon haze
nothing wrong with feeding too early u just have to use very small doses.
i started with 5 ml per gal
