New dirt on a outdoor grow ?

Can I put new dirt on top of the soil on my outdoor in ground grow to help finish up the budding process in stead of nutrients I gotta half a bag of cost of Maine I'd like to use

I dont see why you cant.. all though it may not have alot in terms of nutriton for flowereing.. what all is in cost of maine..?

They have many varieties of coast of Maine soil most seem organic
Not sure if it will do much this late
I would probably save it for spring but it could be done

I would save it. Top dress granular ferts or liquid feeds would most likely serve you much better.
