Hi, basically I'm new to the idea of the DWC (deep water culture) method, and I would like someone with a bit of knowledge to teach me the basic in's and out's of using DWC: Nutrients etc.. I am doing it as a bit of an experiment to basically see how well it grows compared to soil, but I am quite apprehensive. Anyway can someone with knowledge of the DWC unit(s) tell me what kind of nutrients I should use, and what dosage of each nute, also what should the PH level be during the vegetative and flowering stages, and what temprature should the water be? Thanks.. PS I will be using a 20 litre DWC unit

1-5gallon bucket
1-6" Netpot
1-Bag hydroton
1- Airpump
1- fishing weight or something heavy to tie to your airhose.

Pretty much fill the bucket up till its touching the bottom of your pot the bubbles from the airhose will wet you seedling or whatever then the roots will drop out the bottom of the netpot to the water then you are good to go.

You converted the fridge into a grow chamber??
If so very cool, I wanted to do a side by side full size but I gave up. I Need to learn A/C stuff.

Keep your water temp cool or you'll be fighting root root. My climate is too hot and didn't want to spend on extra cooling so I got away from shallow water culture
