This is my set up. Any one have any suggestions. I have been growing a month. I transplanted once. This is all the light i have. four 23 watt CFL's. Not any specific strain just some good seeds i found. They arre growing in scotts. I want to start flowering to know if they are male or female. any good suggestions please. I have limited funds but my plants are very healthy. Thank you.

They look a bit stretched although fairly healthy. I would put the light closer, espcially on the smaller ones so they dont' stretch as much. You could flower anytime, but you should change to a soft white bulb (2700K) for flowering and gradually reduce the light to 12/12.
