New grow need help please ! !

I plan on using the scrog method. But i have a 2x2 ft. Box and its about 3 ft. Tall. How do i keep my plant short enough 4 that box? And i plan on using cfl's how many watts do i need for flowering and how many for veg. And how much do u think i will yield? Thanx 4 all help

i've seen people put a net over their plants to keep them nice and small in height when height was limited.
