HI, i tried to germinate 3 bubbalacious seeds from resin seeds with no luck. I just started over. I out 2 bag seeds and 2 bubbalacious seeds in a cup with warm water over a heating pad on low in the dark until the seeds sank. I then planted them in peat pellets. They have been in the peat pellets over a heating pad and under 1 60w cfl for about 2 1/2 days now with no signs is sprouting! What am i doing wrong? Im keeping the peat moist and im kleening the watness off of the top of the lid daily so they can get light.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
thanks!

Sounds about right. Maybe it takes a little longer, have you grown that strain before? I've had some take 6 days to sprout after germing like that. Most keep the seeds between a wet paper towel til they sprout out the end. Does it have any sprout? Maybe just a few more days :wall:

I use the paper towel/toilet paper method and that works very well for me. Don't worry too much, but next time I WOULD NOT reccomend that you use a heating blanket. I have found out (the hard way) that overheating/drying out medium is far more damaging to plants then is letting them stay at a room temperature. If you feel the need, take out the seeds from the medium and see if they have taproots. If they don't, use the paper towel method until they have taproots, then plant taproot down until they crack (bury them barely below the surface) and they will sprout up normally.

This is what I have found to be the best for germinating seedlings. I have found that once they have a taproot, they don't give up easily.

I just lookes at the seeds today! I planted them taproot up and the seeds both have a taproot and they have turned down into the soil. So they are growing! :weed:
