New grow question about fluence soydr and dimming

hello everyone I recently got my hands on a fluence spydr x not the plus ... and I’m starting a new grow in 4x4 tent in coco (Second grow overall so still new)

For those that don’t have experience with their products the dimmer goes from 0-100 percent power.

My question is.... the light is recommended to be placed 6-8 inches above canopy but I’m sure at 100 percent power that would be too much light for seedlings. So what should I start the dimmer at for seedling and how frequent should I up the dimmer as plant grows?

I know months late on the reply but I usually start about 30 percent on my spydrx plus about a 12 to 18 in above the plants when they first sprout. Once they actually get a second set of leaves I’ll put it 6 to 8 in and go up to 40 %. As they grow I turn it up about 10 percent for penetration. Usually stay 70 to 80 percent for veg. And day one of 12 12 cycle straight to 100% all the way through. I’m sure there are other ways through veg. But I have done it before with 80% starting in flower and moving up and I had much better results straight to 100%.
