New Grow Room!!

Hey Guys I need some help setting up a new Growroom ife never set one up , been growing in tents for a couple of grows

So ive got a 8x12 Room 7' Heigh
The Flowering section will be 8x8' 4x 600w hps aircooled
Veg Section 2x4 4foot T5 4' fixture with 4 lamps
Work space 4x6 T5 2' fixture
One Strain : Black D.O.G Indica dom

In the work space il have a few t5's for rooting clones il veg the rooted clones in the Veg room and try to keep at least 2 mothers in that space as well.

What i need you guys for is , do you think i spit the room right , let me just also say this the work space is also the control section , it will house the elitricity ballast, timmers , 2x res small bench for clones , t5's for clones , nutrients , you catch my drift

And ventilation should i do seperate vent systems
Or can i conect them some how? 8" inline or 12"?

Also im growing in coco x perlite ive grown like this for i while and i love it easy simple and i just hook a pump up with some drippers on a timer so thats sorted out! I was thinking that i should do 6 plants per light that would give me 24 plants , keep them small rooted clones are veged for 2 weeks end of week 1 i do a top end of week 2 i transplant and flower (i know this isint ideal) but i cant veg in the flowering room and my veg room is to small to house the final containers so il have to do it this way.

I know this is a lot of info so im gona stop here do you guys think im on the right track thanks.

looks fair, I would split the 4x8 section into a 4x4 for the veg and 4x4 for the work space. Give yourself a little more space for vegging since you are going to have such a large flowering room.

I agree, one thing I would like more of in my perpetual is a bit more veg space. I run 4x8 flower and 4x4 veg, I wish I could crank that veg to at least 5x5 but I cant because of the shape of the room. Your flowering can be limited by your veg, example been if they get too cramped and start competing for light in veg and then they go into flower stretched more than you'd like.

I would switch the veg space of 2x4 veg with 4x6 work space.
mount ballast on walls, put shelves in for nutes, mixing, etc.
or make flower a little smaller to allow larger veg.
of course sog style and 4 shelves in veg room to stack your veg plants could work.

it can work, I would just personally give more room to veg.
