New Grow

So I'm starting a new indoor grow with 2 green crack clones in a mylar tent. the tent is 5'x4'x2' and i just have some questions about lighting and such. First off im using florescent lighting. i think i have a 600w florescent but ill have to double check. anyways how much light should i have for two plants and should i switch to LEDs for flowering. (someone told me that was a good idea). Also, is there a way to speed up the veg time without putting a dent in your yield? this is my first time using clones so does their veg time differ from seed?

Ill probably have more questions as i go along but if i could get some help with these ones for now that would be rad! ill get some pictures going too.

no way to speed veg except raise temps to about 85f steady and use 27/7 lighting and use metal halide bulbs . with co2 this will speed veg 10 times faster then any thing . and clones will save major time over seeds about 3 to 4 weeks faster or much more. the more lighting the better if your in a rush to veg . best place them out side will GREATLY increase veg . and for flower you can use any lighting . led are not the best quite yet for yield. hps is . I think in the next 5 years led will out preform hps

You can use 2700k color for veg and 6400k for flowering.
Speed up veg time? Get cal-mag and some seaweed supplement.
