new grower looking for advice on my grow

new grower here!! not new to weed!! I a picking up by the grace of God over a dozen clones today gg4xmt.ranier="locktite" gelato33xpurplepunch="lefthook" and some others possibly.. also have a mystery herb from cali too!! 48x48x80 grow tent with a phlizon cree cob 1000 watt led grow light loking to add a second philzon light to bring me upt to almost 500 hundred true watts and thats where I will cap it. medium is potting soil blue ribbon by gardner and bloom amendmentd include worm castings, buds and bloom plus microbes and fungi, bat guano, perlite, and in the mail i have mycogrow soluble a 8$ bag on the way that'll go for a hundred or so plants at half the cost saw it in their catalog at my dads. and blood meal. thats my organic soil. any thoughts or comments pleas give them!!. I don't plan on training at all as this is my first true grow at over a dozen plants I will veg for about five weeks until they are decent size than I will flip. I do plan on doing training on my future grows and growing large plants in my veg tent im planning out for the future. but for this grow I am keeping it simple.. I only went organic because thats was basically my only option at the country store beside fox farms trio lols. my temps stay at 60-75 F in Cold washington state humidity fluctuates between 40-80 because i have a diffuser it runs only 4 hours than shuts off and the tent ony holds the moisture for about 12 hours or so. wondering if anyone can think of anything I can do or will need I have soil ph and moisture meters and am slowly getting my tent fully powerd up and stealth mode paycheck by paycheck buddy!!!

that sucks and is good to know.. bittersweet. im glad I came here already, but part of me wanted to get all the gadgets to have on hand just to have it just in case. what would you pick out of that list to grow some resinous buds?

Why do you need stealth in Washington state? I'd keep the temps above 68 degrees F with the lights off at the very least, too cold invites mold and mildew issues.

Growing organic is a must
I use Greenleaf nutrients mega crop but Jacks is another good one
Then you need some reliable genetics many solid breeder choices
And most important patience
Do everything in small increments

If you have a dozen plants that you are going to veg for 5 weeks then flip, you are going to need a much bigger tent!! (or veg for less time) I usually get 4 plants in that area and veg for about 6 weeks in soil, and it will be very full with 4 plants. And I would certainly start reading up on training because it makes a massive difference in the final outcome, and with some strains is an absolute necessity, due to stretching.

A dozen plants in a 4x4 vegged for five weeks is going to be a jungle; I think you will find that unworkable.

the pots will fit with extra space for a small floor fan. do you think if I vegged instead for three weeks or even two as some of my girls are teens I would have enough room? btw I am going for a jungle of yields just not wanting a mess however. I want it to be literally as filled as possible thats was my goal

I think it will be a struggle, difficult to even water them. I run four plants in a 4x8 and it gets crazy, becomes a yoga exercise to adjust the lights and get under their skirts for some mild lollipopping and clean up. Here is my tent a week ago at 3 1/2 weeks flower with six week veg time. I will up some pics of them currently tonight if you want.

Some people go that route and veg for a short time and keep the plants small. But trust me, you will have a jungle with 4 plants in that tent...a very full jungle if things go well. And with 4 healthy plants vegged for 5-6 weeks you should pull a pound of nice bud.

Plus, the more plants you have, the more possibility for problems.

Keep in mind a plant will at least double in size when you shorten it's light cycle to flower, and some can triple in size.

Plant count really depends on training and veg time. 4x4 with 6 plants I would say is the max.

i agree with the meter i find a wooden skewer stuck in the side for 1 minute tells me the moisture and the ph for soil dont work anyways it was a rookie mistake but looks nice anyways the light reader does work though

Don’t veg over 3 weeks if you’re going for a sea of green. Prepare a scrog.

5 plants in three gallon pots and my 4x4 was pretty full. Remember you will also need room for other things besides the plants.

i ended up with eight plants two are large and six are small.

if they get too big I can always add the other tent im planning on getting
