New Grower. NEED HELP!

Hi everybody,
This is my first attempt at growing and it seems to be going well so far. My plants are just beginning to have leafs form at the nodes and i wanted to know if it is to early to give the plants some nutrients, And if i can begin what nutrients should i look for??(i would like to go organic). Theres a hydro store about 20 minutes away so i would prefer to go there rather than order online.

when you do give nutes go easy on it at first start out at 1/4 recomended dosage organic is deff the way to go though i make teas from rabbit poo for veg and make teas with banna peals and bone meal for flower go to organics on the forms there is a whole organic section that will help you get on the right track they look good what kind of soil are you useing if u dont mind me asking.
