New grower please help

I am about to set up a grow room with 8 plants and I am hoping to get at least 1 pound.

ROOM
I will be using a grow tent that measures 4 feet by 4feet and 6.5 feet tall

System
8 pot euro grower

LIGHTS
400 watt Metal Halide conversion bulb 3,8000 lumens
400 watt high output enhanced spectrum HPS bulb 55,000 lumens
one for each stage of growing
4 sided horizontal reflector 3.5 feet by 1.5 feet and 6 inches deep
400 watt remoe HPS ballast and components

Cooling
I will be using 4'' Inline fan that is rated at 80 CFM

MEDIUM
Coco coir and monkey juice nutrients. I will be growing white widow plants

Can you guys estimate my yield and also give me some advice and upgrades.

Depends on the strain also, but two oz. per with only 400 watts
may be a bit much...You have plenty of room though so take
care of them and your chances are better...GL

these will be your 4 most important factors -

There is no need to grow these plants big... a heavy yielding indica plant that has only 4-8 nodes can be flowered and easily produce 2-5 ounces.. EASILY..

the health of the plant is VITAL.. this will be determined by watering and PH!

KEEP the light CLOSE to plantss once they are out of the seedling sstage.. have a fan blowing the air between the plants and the light... THE light should be as close as possible without burning the plants... you can use the hand method... if your hand can withstand the heat.. then so can the plants.... a 400 watt bulb should not be further than 8-12 inches for an amazing yield..

You won't regret it...

Or use a 600 watt light with an enhanced spectrum bulb and add co2.As is Id guess 6-12 ozes dry is a max.You really need the xxxl hydro hut thats 8 x 4x 7 then you can get a 4 x 8 tray in there and do about 32 plants.
