In the Newbie section on this website there is a thread that has a diagnosis chart that may help you. I think you're right though it seems like you might have a little too much nitrogen cuz your plants are very green and look healthy other than that bending now that you pointed it out I can see what you're talking about I would start doing low stress training I've been explaining it to people all day it's where you bend your plants over to make the side stocks get bigger. And after you've done that for a while you will want to switch this the super cropping

Sure you want to bend your plants over by squeezing the stock where you want to bend it breaking the inside tissue and making sure that the outside tissue is not broken by wiggling it back and forth gently here is a couple pictures of the bent stocks after they're healed in various stages some are a couple weeks and some of these pictures are a couple hours

Each one of these branches has been bent after a while to plant compensates and repairs it as you can see in different stages and goes back to normal eventually but stays whatever height it is when you bend it typically

When I say a couple weeks or a couple of hours old I'm talking about since I've bent the plant over as you can see even after a few hours they have already started growing back towards the light

Thank you so much for going into detail for me you have some incredible outstanding pics there very nice indeed so I want to start bending the stalk with out breaking the outside stalk tissue? Would this be correct? Thank you for all the help as well

Yes this is correct pinch the stock to make the inside of the stem more pliable pinch it about an inch Maybe more and bend the way I do it is to use my Sun to press the stem around my finger has a sort of guide or mold so as to not get too hard of an angle also you want to water well before doing this I will water the day before and the day of some people just do the day of but this will make your stems more pliable.

Haha it should say thumb rather than Sun
I appreciate the compliment here's some pictures after I rearranged and trim today I needed to defoliate one of these plants because itsShowin it's first colored hairs

Awesome information thank you also while I have you here are brown spots on the leaves something to be concerned about? I guess it's not really bad but could this be a nutriant problem or something else as for the nitrogen toxicity would this also be an issue would flushing it help perhaps lower the nutes or maybe go with different nutes such as canna 1 part bloom considering im using canna soil?

It depends on how many leaves are showing this Brown splotching I guess it can be a magnesium deficiency but this was advice given to me from someone who doesn't grow organically which I do yes giving you extra water if you think that you've given it too much nutrients is a way of stabilizing it. But really just don't give it nutrients too much it's a lot easier than it sounds. Most growing soils good ones have a lot of nutrients and things to hold a good amount of water for a long amount of time so most people actually over water I am guilty of doing this a little bit. But what's more important than adding more nutrients is to making sure that the soil has a good biological range to it by this I'm talking about bacterias that are helpful for digesting nutrients such as listed in this picture
