New grower slow seedling growth

4 white widow feminized from ilgm
Roots organic soil in small peat pots
Water ph has been 6.3 to 6.8
Watering 5ml at 8hr intervals(guessing this is my problem)
Temps around 82f
Three blurple lights, no name 300, viparspectra 300, and viparspectra 100.(I know I know lol but gotta play by the bosses rules)
Light distance is about 20 inches
Humidity between 50-70
Seeds broke surface on 8/20
My first grow the growth had taken off by this time
What's the diagnosis experts?

I have some in my propagation area, first time popping seeds... first time was from clone. Anyway, I was also watering too much initially because I was scared they were gonna dry out. Lesson learned. They dry out pretty damn slow, especially cause I keep the humidity particularly high in there. Since then I have only watered once in the past 5 days and they have been much better. I just check the weight of the cup and if it feels light I put just a bit of water, not enough to run off or anything. Just enough to wet the soil and make it moist, not drenched. Talking mls, not even ozs. With what little knowledge I have gained so far, and based on your description, I think you nailed it... too much water.

Should I drop to 5ml(kids tylenol syringe full) once a day? Or maybe 10ml every other? This is the first time I tried using smaller pots to start and its throwing me off. Thank for the input! I will try to get better photos today

Ive used peat pots in the past and had negative results. I was trying to start plants inside to move outdoor in the spring. Lost all the plants in peat pots due to root and stem rot. Also on the blurple.. I used a Galaxy Hydro 300w and its stunted the hell out of my seedlings last run. Made them very crinkled, hard, and small. They began growing again when i put a 32w T5 over them. To my disbeleif they were growing better under the far less watts. So I added several T5's and things turned for the better. Lesson Learned, Blurple = Poop (Even if "name" brand)

If it were me I would stop watering for a day or two.
Maybe dig a little hole off to the side and see what the soil near the bottom of the pot looks like.
Maybe set up an old phone for time lapse and see if the plant is doing its wiggle thing.
But then again I've only popped two seeds in my lifetime so take this with a gain of salt.

Ok gents, update time...
I did a 5ml water yesterday morning before your posts. No evening or night rounds. This morning they looked even worse. The cups were bone dry this morning so I did another 5ml today. Should I bump up to 7 or 8ml? I'm afraid I'm going to lose these ladies. Any help or suggestions is much appreciated

Dang... overwatering was the only diagnosis I was confident in giving cause I did it so many times...

From now on all I can provide is basically, hand holding.
What about countryfriedpothead's suggestion? Peat pots and blurple lights?
The blurple issue is the easiest to take care of.
At this stage you dont need a lot of light, and just about anything white light will do.

Even a 18650 flashlight once just for kicks.

If its the peat pots, laying the pot on a piece of saran wrap and cutting the pots away with heavy shears, lifting the entire dirt ball and plant up via the saran wrap and into a new container might be the least stressful way of getting them out of the peat pots.

What light cycle are you using? 24 hours? I don't have any evidence to back this up but I feel light 24 hours stress the plants a bit and 18/6 seems to work better. If they've been under 24h light then giving them 8 hours of light might be a good idea.

A google search for roots organic soil says they're precharged with nutrients. You're watering with just water right? No nutrients?

Scroll down about 1/3 and look at the photos for underwatering and what kind of nutrients. Which one of those looks more like whats going on with you?

There are signs of nute burn but with the drooping leaves I am wondering if its possible I am under watering leading to increased nute intake? Thinking maybe tomorrow I should try a heavy water with the goal of heavier less frequent waterings

I agree but I am struggling to find the needs on these seedlings and like to be numerical for tracking and learning purposes. My first seedling grow I planted directly in their final pots and didn't have any issues. Second attempt I waisted alot of soil with a batch of seeds that would not germinate. So this third round I wanted to try starting in smaller pots to get roots established before going to their final pots. I can find acceptable numerical ranges for everything but this watering thing which should be the simplest. Ph level, ppm for water, ppm for co2, umol, par, etc. But there does not seem to be any data on water volume. I do believe I saw one person in one post mention his trees were getting gallons but those were outdoor trees

In case any other newbs stumble across this, I switched to 20ml every other day and they were much happier
