New grower

Im just starting to germinate my seeds tonight. Im setting up my indoor grow box now, and i just had a few questions The box is 18 in wide, 22 in tall, and 15 inches deep. Is that big enough for a single plant? I have a picture attached of the box. The light is a 30 watt circular fluorescent bulb. 2000 lumens, and 6,000.is that ok? and Is it ok to have the light from the side?

^ I dont want it to be a huuge plant, just a small one, maybe a foot and ahalf tall with a small yield, idc.

if the light is from the side you need to rotate the plant, make sure the box has ventilation. and you should be fine i think but im a real newbie here to... ive just beenr eadin on subjects i need help one and the light thing is one i had a problem with... maybe this doesnt even make since... but it does in my head

1 30w should do ok for 2-3 weeks. youll need a lot more than that for flowering though.
