New growth issue

What’s going on with this new growth. The new leaves don’t look fully developed and the leaves have what looks like burnt tips.

Looks like that tip got touched or damaged just as it was starting to pop out, I wouldn’t worry too much

Never used precharged soil in my life

Okay thanks the plant overall hasn’t been growing the greatest. I just wanted to make sure it was worth keeping.
