NEW JUST GOT IT (Hydroponic Bubbler) HELP PLS

i just got a bubbler im wonder how i would set up my roots for planting i have dydroton wit 3 inch net pods.....also im wondering once the roots grow out the side and bottom do i let the roots dangle in the water or keep the roots above the water

once the roots are long and in the water i think i am suppose to just let them sit in the water and have the water level just below the net pods???

Well you need to first root them in rock wool or something, then put them the bubbler. The roots will grow into the water, and an inch sounds right. You might need to hand water the firs couple of days until the roots grow out.
