New leaves LIME green?

Can't figure it out..

New fan leaves are lime green in color. Some spotting on lower fan leaf.

Ideas?

•Using lite "Earth Juice" for nutes.
•24/0 (no issues in past)
•symptoms began in a temp grow closet with poor lighting.
•Moved outdoors as weather improved.

Think it has to do with poor initial lighting?

I wouldn't make any hasty changes give it 4-5 days & see what happens new growth that looked like that would be cause for concern but that is older & soon I would consider pruning it off the new top growth should darken up
