New Light Setup w/ Cree LED & CK; Look Good?!

Got my baby Critical Kush's at about 2 weeks i felt they were a little behind so got my lights upgraded asap! Got 4x Cree LED 60W bulbs and then a 300W led panel w red & blues so im saving that for when theyre flowering am i correct? I rly like my new lights!! What do you think?
Get em in Zen Blend Soil
