new light

Hey all, usually i grow under CFL's and T-5 Flo's, but as an experiment i want to try LED. I just bought a 180watt UFO grow light. 8 band. mix of red purple and some white. Is that enough to flower 1 plant if i use CFL assistance?? want to start small before investing big dollars. opinions appreciated i'm new to LED

do your self a favor , you tube cfl vs led , they have tests done already. a 50 dollar cfl wins a 400 dollar led !
