Hi All. Need some advice

It's been awhile since I have posted here. I have not grown in ages and my last attempt didn't ended well..

Since my last journal and attempt. I have not had the opportunity to grow.

I took a chance at the end of November 2021 and said what the heck and chucked in four beans I got from good bags into small containers I had lying around. All sprouted. One showed sex as male really early and was killed very quickly. The plants were transplanted to these 20 litre freedom pots I had lying around two weeks ago.

Two of the freedom pots contain mostly Coco coir with some terrible grovida potting mix mixedin together with about 30% perlite. I had this from a previous grow attempt.

The other pot contains half of that but is topped up with a better quality pitting soil mix from growmor as well as some garden soil from my garden as I was short on the perlite mix and only had the potting soil lying around.

The one in the soil mix is doing much better and is much greener and growing much faster. I have grown in soil before and it's much more forgiving.

The others are much paler and not growing as fast or lusciously. One was also savaged by a snail and is only just recovering.

Had some white flies and I used Margert Roberts natural pesticide. Seems to have taken care of the problem for now.

Sprouted on the 30th November 2021.

Some assistance is required with the Coco coir plants. Why are they so pale and slow compared to the other?

I have only fed Kelp and seagro for now. They have been in the freedom pots for about three weeks now. I have fed every week at a quarter of the recommended dosage in the medium only. As the plants are young I don't want to hit them to hard and burn them. I have had exp with other grows before with burning and it's difficult to correct.

Because I started so late I am using what I have around and have not bought specific nutes for cannabis.

Have I started too late? I am based in Durban South Africa. IMG_20220103_182516.jpgIMG_20220103_182535.jpgIMG_20220103_182542.jpgIMG_20220103_182615.jpgIMG_20220103_182628.jpg
