Im using the Aerogarden 3. It comes with a cfl putting out 1450 lumens. BUT, I have 2 units, so, I used the hood from the other unit and added a soft white cfl putting out 1600 lumens, for a total of 4500 lumens.
I only planted 1 GIRL SCOUT COOKIES seed.
