New plant. Cheap set-up. Looking for opinions on how shes looking.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. I will update the pictured in maybe another 2weeks and we can see how much progress she has made. Any tips or opinions on what I should do next? I want to put her in a bigger bucket with better soil, but I'm scared because the soil she currently is in is pretty hard packed dirt and I don't want to kill her. I also don't want to put her into shock but changing the soil to something completely different. All tips and advice is appreciated !

You want to keep all of the original soil, break up the root ball A LITTLE BIT, and stick it in a hole made in the new soil/pot
