I just transplanted my clones into the grodan hugos about 4 days ago and they are turning slightly yellow with the new growth and the stem is a purplish color. Any idea what this could be?

Let them dry out perk up some. Then mix calmag first test with your ec and or ppm meter I have a 500 scale tds ppm meter. I bring my ppm to 200-250 ppm with RO water then add my nutrients to the desired levels. Feed as per normal. If your running RO water use calmag all the time..
Good luck

Agree. They do look like they need drying, full thick leaves wilting means overwatering. But it can also be transplant shock
