New set of leafs torn (seedling)

So i planted these little fellas not too long ago. They were growing fine, getting green and all. Something came up this week and i had to leave the house for 3 days. I asked my friend to hold them for me until i get back. He placed them outside while i was gone, and suddenly it started raining at night while he was asleep -.-. That's where shit turned sideways.
Came back today and 2 of my seedlings had each a leaf torn. One of the other plants had no leaves at all just cotyledons, and i'm not sure if it had any leaves while i was gone because when i left it still didn't have any but the cotyledons.
I need your help guys, i want to know if at least the other 2 will make it. Or should i just start some new seeds?
BTW one of the 2 is an auto (just incase it makes any difference to stress and aging).

I think they'll be fine. I would put 'em out in the sun to dry out the soil a bit though.

That's just what I'd do. May wait and see what others say.

Yep I concur, will be fine. For all we worry over our girls it's actually a very hard plant to kill, they always finds a way to recover.

They will be fine. It may take some time for them to fully recover but they will. I had a seedling on my last grow that had one cotyledon tore off before it even stood straight up. Took about 2 or 3 weeks to recover but she was strong as ever.

Wow 2 to 3 weeks. One of the plants shown in the pictures is an auto, do you think it's still useful to keep it? I mean i don't want to end up with a 1 gram plant.
