New set up light distance advice?

Just upgraded to a 5x5x6 tent + 600w LED and have currently got 2 x Zkittlez 3 days old with their second leaf (1st aerated leaf) and just wondered how far to have this light above the canopy?I've currently got it 70cm dimmed to 50%

Plant to Led distance (dimmed)

I keep reading various bit about leds having to be x amount away from the plants, what the reason for this, in old money the closer the better is that not the case with Led,s? I've got a 240w Led dimmed down to 100w and sitting approx 6 inches from the plant, will that be a problem if the...

Beauty of a light!
I would start at 30 inches at 50%. Maybe even 36 inches. That’s a very powerful light source
