i usually watered my sproutes with 2 tbls. keep the soil moist, not wet. But let the soil dry out a little in between waterings. I would recommend if you are going to use cfl's to use a Daylight 6500K made by GE. More wattage / more lumens = better plant.

don't use the 150w plant light, if it's what i think it is, it doesn't have the right spectrum to grow pot...

Streching will make you stem appear weak and brittle. Get that light close and get a fan to help with heat and venting.

The one 40 watt cfl on one plant is good for right now, will be fine- but you will HAVE to get more cfls as the sprout grows.. when she hits about 3 nodes you should have at least 2 40watt cfls on her and just keep adding as she gets bigger... do you plan to flower with cfls? Are there going to be more plants? Be Very Very careful with the watering right now- it's easier to over water babies than underwater them...
